Electrical Contracts Supervisor / COW

This Merseyside housing organisation require an Electrical Contracts Supervisor / COW to join them for approx 6 months to start immediately.

This is not a typical Clerk of Works position as it will be predominately office based. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of electrical compliance and regulations within the social housing sector, you will also ideally have a qualification in this area.

You will work closely with the current electrical contractors to make sure their work is of a high standard within budget. You will have excellent IT skills and will be able to start on 1 week's notice.
