Summary: A sustained increase in workload has meant that this small M&E contractor have a requirement for a Electrical Design Engineer to work on projects in the housing sector.
Working on projects primarily in Kent ans East Sussex and with more than 25 years experience in the industry, this busy M&E Contractor has bucked the trend in the housing sector. Built on a solid financial platform, they have flourished where others have failed by picking up social housing work.
Providing a full M&E service to its clients, only the design is outsourced - carried out by their equipment manufacturers/suppliers. To provide a better service to their clients they are now looking for a dedicated design engineer to manage all the incoming design work. Once checked, alterations will then be made and passed on the CAD team.
To be considered you will need to be able to demonstrate a proven-track record working in a similar role from within a UK-based consultancy. You will also be educated to HNC / HND level in a relevant subject such as Building Services or Electrical Engineering with CEng being of major benefit.
