As the Electrical Design Engineer, you will become responsible for producing detailed electrical design on both regulated and private networks, from a scope that is provided by the Project Managers, customers or ITT's, this will include project costings to the customer requirements for time, quality and budget.
You will produce electrical designs and protection settings for networks ranging from 11kV to 132kV, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislations and regulations. You will prepare tenders and quotations from specifications and drawings, whilst also ensuring the completion of protection studies up to 132kV.
To be considered you must hold a HNC/Degree in electrical engineering, have a strong electrical engineering background and knowledge of power system and protection design up to 132kV. You will also need to have Chartered Engineer status and knowledge of ISO 9001:200 and ISO 14001 procedures.
On offer to the successful Electrical Design Engineer is an attractive day rate.
