Ecovert FM is the facilities management arm of the Bouygues group in the UK. We operate large scale contracts, particularly in the PFI market, the result of a successful partnership with our construction sister company, Bouygues UK.
We are looking to appoint an experienced, committed and motivated Electrical Engineer to develop the delivery of Hard FM services at Broomfield Hospital. Reporting to the Estates Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of first mobilising Hard FM services, and thereafter ensuring estates services are delivered safely, to a high standard and in line with contract requirements.
As a minimum you will possess an HNC, or equivalent qualification, in electrical engineering in order to meet the technical requirements of the role. You will have previous experience of managing Hard FM services, ideally in a healthcare environment.
Excellent people management skills are essential for this role, as you will be responsible for motivating, developing and effectively managing your team.You will demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction, which are key to the success of this contract.
A broad based Engineering Building Services knowledge is a pre-requisite. Knowledge of PFI contracts, and. experience in the use of KPIs and Property Management Services would be an advantage.
