Electrical/Mechanical Technician - £23,500 (Plus benefits and Pension) - 39 hours per week full-time
This is a permanent opportunity to working with a well established organisation in the Cardiff Bay area.
The successful candidate would work 09:00 to 17:30 Monday to Thursday and 09:00 to 16:30 on Friday the position is 39 hours per week.
Ideally the candidate will have pervious experience working for an established Facilities or Estates Technician who can turn their hand to anything within FM, most importantly the candidate has a can do attitude' and the ability to multi-task between Reactive and Corrective works, with excellent customer focus and ability to delivery within SLA time scales for site.
-Ideally electrically qualified with mechanical and building fabric experience
- Full and clean UK Drivers licence is desirable
