* Sourcing target transactions and dealing with relevant counterparties with a particular focus on country coverage of Romania, Poland andTurkey
* Delivering investment recommendations to investment committee
* Overseeing deal execution of approved transactions
* Assisting with fund raising efforts
* Aiding with the development of more junior team members
* Contributing to growth strategy for the fund
The successful applicant will have:
* An excellent academic track record with a degree obtained from a global leading university
* A proven track record in real estate
* Previous transactional experience developed ideally on the buy side, though applications will also be considered from real estate investment bankers or real estate corporate financiers - experience should have been gained in a top tier organisation
* Fluency in a relevant language is advantageous though not essential e.g. Polish or Romanian
Leading European private equity house with a long and successful investment track record.
