45960825 Employee Tax Manager South East £50000 to £55000 per annum Permanent jobs Updated 16/11/2009 18:56 Job Role The Employee Tax Manager is responsible to the Head of Tax working as part of the Tax team within finance. The purpose of the role is to assist the Head of Tax in delivering employee tax services to the business, ensuring compliance with our statutory obligations and identification and implementation of cost saving ideas.
This will involve working across functions and countries to support our employee offering.
Key accountabilities to include:
- Assisting HOT with tax authority liaison on employee matters on a Pan European basis
- Updating policies and procedures manual for employee taxes
- Understanding of how operational changes impact employee / employers obligations
- Compliance obligations are met throughout Europe in conjunction wit
My client is looking for a either a qualified accountant or CTA qualified with accounting experience, you will have management experience. Due to nature of the business, you will work with colleague across the UK and overseas so excellent communication skills are a must.Key attributes are pro-activity, ability to accept change, engaging personality and logical thought processes.
