Employer and Public Liability Paralegal: A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a Legal 500 firm in the East Midlands who are seeking a Paralegal who has experience managing Employers and Public Liability litigated claims. The successful candidate will be joining an expanding team handling pre-action disclosure and assisting on Personal Injury claims. Experience managing Defendant claims is desirable but not essential.
Employer and Public Liability Paralegal - Key Responsibilities:
- Managing applications for pre-action disclosure and assiting on Personal Injury claims.
- Handling Employers and Public Liability claims.
- Manage and develop client relationships.
Employer and Public Liability Paralegal - Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience handling Employer and Public Liability claims.
- Experience handling Litigated claims.
