Employment Assistant/Associate - Lincolnshire
This large and expanding Lincolnshire practice is currently seeking a qualified assistant to join its growing Employment team where he/she will be involved in working on a range of contentious and non contentious matters including general employment advisory work, the handling of employment tribunal claims, advising on reorganisation and redundancy issues and more. The ideal candidates will be expected to posses at least 2years+ solid employment law experiences and be able to provide clear and concise legal advice on the full range of employment law issues, from board level to generalist HR matters. Successful candidates should also possess or be keen to develop advocacy experiences and will be required to demonstrate at interview that he/she is self-motivated, commercially minded, highly organised and able to work effectively as part of a team.
