The successful candidates will be located in Northern Ireland as a home based Advisor, however you will be based in our Dublin office for the first 6 weeks of employment. (During this time full training will be provided in order to provide Employment Law advice to clients in borth Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland).You will be responsible for providing
advice over the telephone on HR/Employment issues to our clients whilst maintaining a computerised log of all calls. They will be required to provide clients with supporting documentation and to report on any client visits that are undertaken. They must ensure that personal knowledge of Employment Law and personnel best practice is continually updated.Internal training courses will be provided to achieve this. They will be required to meet a target number of advice calls and to produce and submit statistics to reflect this.On the whole, they will be responsible for developing relationships to strengthen the service and to aid client retention.We welcome applications from candidates with a background in HR or Trade Unions, Lay Members of Employment Tribunals, CAB Advisers, and Legally Qualified individuals.
All candidates will need to be self-motivated, confident and proactive with excellent communication skills.The ability to work under pressure and to Service Level Agreements is desirable.
