Our client is a leading Facilities Management company with offices worldwide.They are currently seeking an ENERGY MANAGER to join their environmental team based near Bristol.The successful candidate will be responsible for a portfolio of over two hundred properties across the country.Duties will include carrying out energy site surveys and audits; providing energy efficiency and carbon reduction advice as well as reducing utilities bills across the portfolio.
Applicants must have a degree in an engineering or environmental discipline coupled with practical experience gained within an energy management role.Membership of CIBSE, Carbon Trust or the energy institute is advantageous and a full clean driving licence is essential.
