Technical/Engineering Recruitment Consultant general responsibilities:
Interviewing potential candidates; match and place them as appropriate
Increase new business and develop existing business
Meeting financial targets; monitoring spend against budgets
Effective running of business, ensuring the delivery of a quality service to customers
Attracting new candidates through marketing activities/initiatives
Calculating pay and charge rates/fees; keeping clients/candidates informed
Dealing with customers in the branch / on the telephone in an efficient and professional manner
Ensuring systems/procedures are in line with policies and audit requirements
