Health and Safety Professional - Hazardous Engineering sector experience
Location - Home Based within South East
Salary - Dependant on experience but between £32k-£38k + car
My client are an impressive Certification Body , reknown across the globe for their professional services. They currently seek a Health and Safety Auditor , based from home , to travel to engineering client sites auditing their Health and Safety systems ensuring compliance to relevant legislation and standards , such as OHSAS 18001.
Commutable Locations -
Health and Safety Professional Key Responsibilities :
- Lead preliminary assessments , assessments and follow-up visits to Clients
- Audit Management Systems to ensure compliance to Health and Safety legislation and standards
- Discuss with Clients your findings and agree outcome
Health and Safety Professional Skills and Experience :
- Commercial Health and Safety experience within hazardous industries (oil , gas , nuclear , construction , rail )
- Health and Safety qualifications (NEBOSH DIPLOMA , IOSH Membership etc…)
- A strong Auditor (ideally Lead Auditor trained , although not essential)
- HNC/HND qualification in an engineering discipline
- Happy to work from home and travel extensively.
