A first class opportunity exists for a well qualified Engineering Manager to move the company into the delivery of process plant. Already one of the world`s leading consultancies, they are seeking an experienced Management Professional with an excellent Engineering background to help grow this area in co-operation with the management team.
To succeed as Engineering Manager, you should have an excellent educational background including high grades at A Level in Maths/ Chemistry/ Physics and an MEng (2:1 or above) from a university recognised for excellence in Engineering. Following on from this, you should have a background as a Mechanical Engineering Designer in a process plant environment and must be able to show proven success taking on a role of prime responsibility for the entire design of complex process plants. You should have proven experience in all aspects of the process and have successfully run a project of considerable size.
You may perhaps have had some board level accountability or at least high level accountability for delivery of the designs.
Any experience of due diligence, bid support and technical advice would be desirable, but are not essential.
You will be joining one of the world`s leading independent consultancy firms specialising in complex technology projects in energy (renewable and waste) and the environment. Their services range from engineering and project management through permitting and lenders` advisory services to expert witness services in dispute resolution and public inquiries.
