To continue to provide world class beers, we need to continue to create world class processes throughout our business.
That's why we're currently looking at a major capital investment plan for our flagship UK brewery in Burton, including utilities as a key area for that investment. That makes this an exciting time to join Molson Coors Brewing Company UK (Ltd).
Our utilities equipment (steam generation, refrigeration, water treatment and compressed air systems) is essential to our production. That's why we're looking for someone who can provide leadership of our utilities team to help us maintain the performance of our existing equipment and develop asset care plans and strategies for any new plant we install.
In this high profile role, you will have responsibility for the management of the supply of utilities to our production departments and will therefore be in a position to make a significant impact as we drive towards World Class Manufacturing and improved overall plant efficiency.

* Manage the efficiency and reliability of all utilities
* Build on a winning team and lead the change process
* Ensure all legislative, statutory and reliability standards are met
* Make sure all assets and processes are maintained and continuously improved
* Be responsible for the overall utilities budget.
* Ensure Legionella control and L8 compliance is met

For the position of Operations Manager - Utilities we are looking for someone with an engineering related degree (or equivalent). Ideally you'll have gained your experience working within a complex and large scale plant, ideally within a food manufacturing or process environment. Leadership is absolutely critical in this role and we are looking for someone who seeks to understand the importance of coaching, developing and building a talented team around them. A thorough technical understanding and full appreciation of the critical nature of having a high performing Utilities Operation is also key.
