We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Information Architect to work within the public sector in Manchester city centre, initially on a three to six month Interim basis.
You will be responsible for the overall design of the enterprise information architect (EIA), which describes, through a set of information requirements, principles and models, as well as the current state, future state and guidance necessary to achieve effective enterprise change.
Your role will be:
Leading the developments of the requirements, principles and models for the future-state EIA, as well as the documentation of the current-state information architecture
Ensuring that the quality, security, stability and agility of the EIA meet evolving business needs by coordinating with other information architects, solution architects or data analysts
Leading and managing a team of information architects, while leveraging subject matter experts from any needed area.
The role requires the following:
A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or a related study, or equivalent project-related experience.
Experience of working with SAP (interfaces), ideally SAP Campus
A minimum of five years experience in IT, with at least two years in information system design
In-depth experience designing and implementing information solutions
Three to five years' experience as a data analyst is highly desirable
Hands-on experience implementing MDM, document management, BI or data warehouse solutions preferred
As this is a senior Consultant position the salary is negotiable dependent upon experience.
