Enterprise Software Sales / London/ Reading CRM ERP 30k ++ OTE
This is an exciting oppourtunity to join a forward thinking growing company with an international office base.
They are looking for an energetic seasoned Enterprise Software Account Executive to find and sell into new accounts. This position requires selling experience with web based business and/or portal products, and workflow or business process management solutions to achieve goal sheet objectives.
If you have have experience initiating sales, developing new accounts, and managing relationships partners in large government organization and commercial accounts in a territory and working under general direction in higher risk accounts, more difficult, complex or competitive situations. The Account Executive must be comfortable with establishing and cultivating high level and executive level relationships.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
( e.g., ERP, CRM) into large corporations.
Proven ability to make and exceed goal commitments.
Excellent communications skills.
Effective presentation and demonstration skills.
Experience developing and maintaining a sales account plan.
A proven track record of consistently closing new business opportunities.
Demonstrable skills for qualifying prospects and matching .. offerings with customer needs.
Good listening, consultative selling practices, exploratory information gathering techniques and analytical skills.
Excellent interpersonal, telephone, and written communication skills are essential.
Must be an effective time manager.
Able to obtain the purchase order from the customer.
Experience developing effective responses to RFPs.
PC literacy -- including Internet, Windows, Outlook and contact management software
Able to travel as required.
