Role: Environmental Health/ Health & Safety Officer – Retail
Location: Regionally based - South
Salary: up to £45000 plus car
Our client is one of the UK’s largest supermarket chains. The Group Health & Safety Team supports the business in matters relating to health and safety providing support across all retail premises in the South of England.
The Role
·Reporting to the Group Health and Safety Director
·Undertake a wide range of duties within all retail stores in the South including:
oAudits
oAccident investigations
oFire safety
oGeneral risk assessments
The Person
·Previous multi-site H&S experience in a retail environment
·Degree educated or equivalent
·Suitable health and safety qualification such as the NEBOSH Diploma
