Our client is a highly regarded global investment bank and is currently seeking an experienced Equity Derivatives Drafting Specialist to join them.

Our client is going through an exciting period of change and development and is seeking a proactive and experienced candidate to join them.

In this role the appointee will be responsible for drafting and reviewing equity derivatives confirmations and liaising with all front office and legal divisions as appropriate to ensure compliance to ISDA definitions. This will also involve drafting new structured deals. Over time the appointee will also take responsibility for other asset classes and become involved in departmental projects.

To be considered for this role it is essential that interested candidates have a proven understanding of equity derivatives drafting, and ideally other products, with an in-depth understanding of ISDA definitions.

Candidates should have excellent attention to detail with a keen eye for detail and a proactive mindset.
