OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE

To sell the range of ‘residential sales’ software solutions and services to estate agents across the designated region.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILIES

·To follow day to day guidelines as set out by Head of Sales
·To develop, manage and maintain a territory in order to ensure monthly/ quarterly targets are achieved.
·To ensure that all relevant prospective clients within your defined area are contacted & informed about companies products with a view to placing an order.
·Ensure a minimum specified number of field visits / presentations per week.
·Ensure that companies prices are adhered to at all times.
·Ensure that package guidelines are adhered to at all times.
·To generate leads via regular and targeted telephone cold calling and account visits.
·To qualify company generated and self generated leads.
·To ensure information entered into the system is accurate and up to date.
·To continuously liaise with prospective customers
·To account manage existing customers within your territory and enhance customer relationships.
·To sell proprietary software and services to your existing client base.
·To maintain and grow the company data base.
·To achieve targets as set by The Head of Sales.
·To work in conjunction with the Sales Team to increase brand awareness.
·To attend selected exhibitions throughout the year.
·To ensure that procedures in relation to order entry / customer services are correctly adhered to.
·To ensure that the Head of Sales is made aware of your schedule of visits and is aware of how to contact you when you are out of the office.
.To ensure that your company vehicle is serviced when required and that tyres, oil and water are checked regularly.
·To adhere to the credit control procedures at all times.
·To inform Head of Sales immediately in the event of systems / computer failure or breakdown.
·To liaise with all other internal / external departments in a polite & professional manner.
·To respond to relevant E-Mail messages from other departments and clients in a prompt and professional manner.
·To ensure that the Head of Sales is informed of any client complaints and copied in on all written complaints.
·To ensure that the Head of Sales is informed of any cancellations as soon as possible or within 1 day of the field sales executive being informed
·To not knowingly in any way miss-sell or misrepresent the company or its products
·To generate leads as required
·To ensure your company car is kept presentable at all times
