They are now searching for Estate Agents at all levels for the East Grinstead and surrounding areas of West Sussex.

Estate Agent Branch Manager / Assistant Manager / Sales Manager - Objectives: This is an exciting opportunity for Top Class Estate Agents to develop their careers. You should have a successful track record in Estate Agency and must genuinely like people and enjoy dealing with them in a business context and believe passionately in delivering a superior customer service. You will need drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating opportunity.

Estate Agent Branch Manager / Assistant Manager / Sales Manager - Experience:

• Previous Estate Agency experience is essential.

Estate Agent Branch Manager / Assistant Manager / Sales Manager - Remuneration:

Senior Branch Managers / Branch Managers / Floating Managers: Basic salary to £22,000 + company car with on target earnings to £45,000.
Assistant Branch Managers / Sales Managers: Basic salary to £18,000 + company car with on target earnings of £35,000 - £40,000.
Senior Negotiators / Senior Listers: Basic salary to £16,000 + company car with on target earnings of £30,000 - £35,000.
Sales Negotiators / Listers: Basic salary to £14,000 with on target earnings to £25,000.
