You should have a successful track record in Estate Agency and must genuinely like people and enjoy dealing with them in a business context and believe passionately in delivering a superior customer service. You will need drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating opportunity.

Estate Agent Branch Manager / Senior Branch Manager - Estate Agents - Key objectives:

- Responsibility to increase revenue and profitability through the achievement of agreed business targets
- Setting and reviewing performance standards
- Development of team members
- Implementing agreed business plans
- Listing and selling properties
- Maintain a compliant business

Estate Agent Branch Manager / Senior Branch Manager - Estate Agents - Experience:

- Previous experience at Branch Managers level is essential for this role

Estate Agent Branch Manager / Senior Branch Manager - Estate Agents - Remuneration:

Basic salary to £25,000 with on target earnings of £40,000 - £50,000 + company car + initial 3 month guarantee.
