- Sale, valuation and listing of residential properties, whilst maximising fees, for sale boards and financial services and legal referrals.

- Previous Estate Agency experience is essential for this role

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator / Senior Negotiator / Lister / Valuer - Remuneration:

Excellent basic salary to £16,000 dependent on experience with on target earnings of £30,000 to £35,000 per annum + company car.
