Details for one such Porter roles follows accordingly:
A Porter is required for site base role on a residential development in Stanmore, Middlesex
The site is a very high end residential development comprised of apartments, penthouses and surrounding grounds/gardens.
As an experienced Porter (reporting to the Head Porter / Concierge)you will have experience of dealing with residents, contractors and delivery drivers face to face, cleaning internal & external communal areas, cleaning refuse stores/bin sheds, minor repairs & maintenance, delivering parcels, security, general building management and anything else as required in keeping with resident and estate satisfaction.
Porters should be of smart appearance, speak clear English, have impeccable manners, a can do attitude, work on their own initiative and be prepared to work beyond standard hours if the situation demands it.
Porters MUST HAVE ELIGIBILITY TO REMAIN AND WORK IN THE UK PERMANENTLY and be able to provide full, reference checked work history.
Porters will have full CRB checks carried out on them prior to employment.
Remuneration is negotiable based on experience and location but will fall in the region of £16-23k.
