Our client, are a global organisation that cover every sector, from Civils through to Social Housing and operate on a Nationwide basis.
They are looking to appoint an Estates Manager for a large PFI project within the Health sector in the Home Counties area. You will report directly to the PFI Project/Operations Manager and you will be responsible for a team of Maintenance Technicians, an Administrator and external contractors.
Benefits
Preferred candidates will have experience within this type of role in a Health environment and either/both mechanical/electrical qualifications.
Qualifications and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:
- managing a team of engineers and contractors
- Understanding the clients requirements and ensuring project delivery
- Budget and Cost Management
- Life cycle and Design management
- Earned value Management
- Either/Both Mechanical or Electrical
