Estates Officer required for this busy Estates Department within the NHS in Norfolk.

The Estates Team are responsible for the delivery of the physical environment aspect of the Trust's capital programme. The main challenge for this post holder is to implement maintenance projects whilst minimising the operational impact on the Trust.

Key areas of responsibility will include:

- Leading on backlog related projects

- Provision of mechanical and electrical support to project managers

- To assist/lead in the preparation of business cases

- Acting as Project Manager on local and national initiatives

- Contributing to the planning, implementation and documentation of the Trust's Estate Strategy, site development plan and site master plan.

My client is seeking an experienced Project Manager with considerable previous experience on all aspects of maintance projects, you will be a highly motivated and experienced team player with excellent financial and communication skills.

This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to contribute to the continuing development of the Trust and to further develop their skills and/or qualifications.
