Our client is an established managing agent overseeing prestigious blocks and estates throughout the UK. They manage iconic estates comprising of flats, houses, gardens and facilities including swimming pools and gyms.
They require a Porter for a residential position dealing with resident demands, enquiries and welfare as well as on site facilities (Gardens/Swimming Pool / Security etc.) and the estate team (Cleaners/Gardeners etc.)
As a Porter you will have experience of dealing with demanding residents in high end estates, managing cleaners and gardeners, maintaining hallways, corridors and facilities to a high standard and supervising deliveries and sign ins to site.
The Porter will also report back to the Concierge / Building Manager acting as their “eyes on site” for all issues.
The Porter will be proactive anticipating residents / estate needs before issues arise. They will react quickly when instructed on any issues by residents.
Suffice to say, the successful porter will be immaculately presented, have excellent written and spoken English, be polite, health & safety aware and able to cope under pressure. They will be used to dealing with very demanding residents who pay a premium for living in a prestigious development with top class facilities.
The successful porter will work Monday to Friday on rotating shifts with occasional weekend work as required
Porters MUST HAVE ELIGIBILITY TO REMAIN AND WORK IN THE UK PERMANENTLY and be able to provide full, reference checked work history.
Porters will have full CRB checks carried out on them prior to employment.
Remuneration is negotiable based on experience and location but will fall in the region of £16-23k.
