Estimator / Senior Estimator - Glasgow - to £60k + Excellent Package

Our client is one of the fastest growing property services groups in the UK.
Deeply involved in the Decent Homes and Scottish Housing Quality Standard Programmes, they refurbish and renew properties to an extremely high standard. They have particular expertise in working in homes where people continue to live during refurbishment.

To support the growth of our client in Scotland they are looking to recruit an experienced Estimator, based in their Glasgow office.

In order to be considered for this role you must have demonstrable experience in:

Successfully bidding multi-trades traditional & design & build tenders
Previous estimating experience within Social Housing / Refurbishment Sector for a main contractor.
Commercial flair and detailed analytic bid processing
Working experience of presenting technical and complex information
Local knowledge of supply chain, market rates and competitors.
It goes without saying that you will be an accomplished professional accustomed to working at all levels.
