Estimator / Contracts Manager
An Estimator is required to work on a range of construction projects valued from £20,000 to £500k. The successful Estimator will be working on New Build and Refurbishment of Education, Retail, Health, Leisure, Local Authority and various other construction projects. We are ideally looking for someone from a refurbishment sector background with a least 10 years experience. Duties to include all aspects of tender management, from receipt of initial enquiry, completion of quotations, maintenance scheduling and pricing, completion of tender documents and final submission, liasing with clients, site visits, etc. The successful candidates have the opportunity to join a well established, successful, client focussed, Building/Construction Company, achieving sustained growth year on year.
