Job Role

This role is working as part of the commercial division who are responsible for improving and delivering an estimating service for day to day repairs, planned works and smaller contracts. The contracts are regional and national for the improvements and maintenance of housing encompassing M&E, Fabric Maintenance and groundwork`s.
An experienced Estimator for who understands how to pricing works within a defined budget but who also has the insight to save unnecessary costs and maximise profits for individual repairs.
You must have experience of Nat Fed Rates and understand how savings can be made without compromising quality of service.
National provider of repairs and maintenance to the property sector for volume accommodation.
Salary to £55,000 plus car allowance plus package

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
