Estimator / Surveyor - Air Conditioning

Permanent £25-35k plus expenses.
Our reputable name in the mechanical services air conditioning industry based upon the ability to consistently provide an excellent service to office fit-out customers.
Due to continued growth they are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Estimator/Surveyor to join a small team. The position will include a partial estimating / surveying role, costing project variations and applications in conjunction with the current Financial Controller.
The successful candidate will have proven previous experience of costing up and evaluating projects ranging from £20K up to £1M and ideally they should be able to demonstrate experience particularly in the mechanical industry in the design and build, fast track fit-out project, office refurbishment area. They shall possess good organisational, technical and communication skills, with the ability to work on their own initiative and also as part of a team. In return on offer is a salary ranging from £25K up to £35K depending on the candidate`s experience.
