ESTIMATOR/SURVEYOR - SURREY/SOUTH LONDON - £40K-£55K + PACKAGE

My client is a £50M turnover groundworks and concrete frame business, bouyant in the residential sector.

They are currently seeking a competent Estimator/Surveyor to carry out a combined role within a team of 5, reporting in to the Commercial Director.

The successful candidate will:

Come from a specialist groundworks/rc frame background
Be able to measure/take off
Be confident dealing with clients
Have some experience in pricing work and negotiating tenders

This contractor are seeking someone that is looking for a long term career as most people in the team have been in the business more than 10 years. They seek a self motivator who can contribute the right knowledge and energy to the business in return for a stable work load and stability within your future.

it is very important that you have worked for a groundworks contractor for at least 3 years.
