Our client is at the forefront of the demolition industry with an outstanding reputation throughout the industry and a group turnover of over £10m.The core services they specialise in are inner City emoltion,Industrial demolition, abestos removal, Bulk excavation and a specialist high reach division. They now have immediate needs for an experienced estimator to join this leading company. This position will be based from the Manchester office minutes away from the city centre. The key objectives of the role will be to secure profitable work on a competitive basis.

You will be required to produce the best possible nett tender .You will therefore be dealing with all tender administration from initial receipt , dealing with sub-contract /supplier enquiries and dealing with pricing.
You will need to ensure full requirements of the position are carried out efficiently and effectively and ensure that all relevant parties are up to date with information and progress.
You must have a good knowledge of excel and be able to maintain tender folders on the Estimating Drive. Previous experience of working in this role with a demolition company is essential
