45960190 Estimator North East £38000 to £55000 per annum Permanent jobs Updated 16/11/2009 18:09 Job Role The role of Estimator will support the Business Development team in pricing up contracts for New Build and Refurbishments schemes in the social housing sector. The role is fundamental to the growth of the contractor and is part of the long term plans for growth in turnover and geographical reach.
An experienced Estimator of contracts for New build or Refurbishment housing projects, you will have experience of pricing up with sustainability and energy efficiency consideration as well as dealing with RSLs and Local Authorities at the front end of the tender process. You may be pricing up for traditional negotiations, framework agreements or as an extension of an existing contracts for current clients.
National contractor to the Social Housing sector, this business is well integrated into the local Yorkshire community and relies on an excellent reputation, a large number of clients and a Business Development team that is driving the team forward for growth.
