Excellent opportunity for a well qualified sales manager to join a highly successful European organisation. Applicants will ideally hold a degree in a scientific field and currently be working in a similar role within a commercial sciences organisation. This role requires proven leadership skills as you will oversee a team of around 20 staff, covering various territories in Europe including UK, France, Germany, Ireland and the Benelux markets. Day to day task will involve overseeing the department budget as well as implementing strategic steps in order for the team to meet its projected targets. Business forecasting and analysis, as well as, competitor awareness and project management skills are also key functions of the role. Candidates must have excellent communication and networking skills with the commercial vision to drive this already successful business, even further forward.
