Event Technology Specialist
In this role you will be responsible for delivering exceptional audiovisual services within one of our allocated four or five star partner hotels. You will be asked to utilize your technical knowledge, hospitality skills and upselling techniques and always go beyond customer expectations.
Your Responsibilities
- Rig and de-rig AV equipment in meeting rooms in accordance with our Standard Operating Procedures
- Operate AV equipment if required by clients including sound systems, LCDs/Plasmas, computers and projectors
- Ensure storage and maintenance of AV equipment in accordance with guidelines and regulations
- Customer service and support
- Sales support
Your Profile
- 5 GCSEs or equivalent
- HNC, bachelor degree or equivalent in an AV related or Hospitality based subject, e.g. AV engineering or sound engineering
- Experience with AV equipment (audio, video, lighting or rigging), preferably in the hospitality industry
- Experience in customer service
- Willingness to provide exceptional customer service, preferably sales proficiency
- Attention to communication and teamwork
