A professional, confident and adaptable certain someone with some corporate events management experience under their belt is what we’re after for this brilliant Events Account Executive opportunity within one of the country’s leading financial services organisations.
In this role you’ll provide valuable support to the Events Account Manager and will be responsible for the the delivery of a reliable, cost effective and complete event management service for all areas of the business from concept to fruition.
You will be involved with the full cycle of each event from creating time lines, researching and costing venues and client reporting to maintaining project plans and documentation and attending events to undertake delegate feedback and assist the Account Manager as needed. It’s fair to say you’ll be kept busy therefore this role needs a cool head under pressure and someone flexible with a good sense of humour!
As well as the attributes mentioned above, you’ll be educated to degree level (ideally in Events Management, but not essential) and will have organised, budgeted and delivered corporate events at high status venues. Through your experience you will have gained a thorough understanding of the planning, execution and feedback process involved in successful event management and an appreciation of SLA and good client relationship management skills.
As you will be required to attend events, a valid UK driving licence, good geographical knowledge of the UK and a flexible approach to working hours are all essential.
In return you can expect a salary in the region of £20k - £24k depending on experience and a good benefits package.
