Exciting New Opportunity for Deputy Manager!!!
Our client is currently
looking for a deputy manager to help run their 43 bedded nursing home in the lovely
seaside town of
Margate. The home hasa homely and relaxed atmosphere with
awelcoming team of experienced nursing and care staff
offeringsecure, comfortable accommodation for clients with mentalhealth problems.
To apply for this role you must be RGN or RMN qualified
with a valid NMC pin number. Management or team leading experience in a care
home would be desirable. All up date training would be ideal however the
company do offering ongoing training.
You main duties on a daily basis would be help managing the
home, dealing with any customer queries, organising staff rota’s and training, dealing
with the clinical and care side of the residents and general managing duties.
This position offers progression and stability for the
right candidate. The company are a large organisation within the Kent area.
They have 9 Nursing homes and also a home care service. They have been
established for a number of years and have a strong team behind them.
A relocation package is available for candidates who wish
to move down to the Margate and surrounding area. This would include train
fairs being paid at Interview stage and help with finding accommodation once
offered.
