Due to continued growth my privately owned recruitment client are looking to appoint at least 2 big hitters, 1 with Financial Services Executive Search experience and the other with Software Executive Search experience.
As the ideal candidates you must demonstrate the following:-
·Successful experience in the executive search and a proven track record of billing iro £200K per year, or have been an exceptional biller and maybe had 6 quiet months and are now ready to build a successful desk again.
·You must have impact, confidence and the ability to get your desk up and running, with a positive outlook to create deals quickly.
·They are preferably looking to pay someone in the £30,000 – 35,000 salary range. However, this may be flexible.
My clients are looking to fill both of these roles ASAP but will only hire quality individuals.
