We are seeking an experienced Executive chef who has extensive knowledge of North African cuisine including Moroccan together with Lebanese.
Reporting directly to the board you will take on the responsibility of implementing good working practice by working hand in hand with the unit based head chefs. There is a need to create and develop new ideas to deliver an exceptional experience to the customers. Responsibilities include product development and sourcing, purchasing, stock and financial controls, training and staff development, and implementing high standards of health and safety.
Preferred candidates will have previous London experience, together with demonstrating good organisational skills, excellence with people and business management, sound knowledge of the required cuisine and flexibility on working hours in this 7 day operation.
Benefits are a negotiable annual salary with a generous bonus payment.
