My clients are a well known recruitment consultancy specialising in the provision of Aviation, highways, logistics, rail and Marine personnel to companies within house building, commercial development, real estate, facilities management, architecture and engineering. They are currently recruiting for an Executive Researcher to join the team in their established offices.
You will be a highly motivated individual with a keen interest in recruitment and will be either a graduate with high aspirations for success or from a strong sales background. You will have an exemplary working record and will have a taste for success. A over achiever with a good attitude to hard work, you will strive to learn the skills necessary to become a Recruitment consultant. As an Executive Researcher you will be responsible for building relationships with corporate clients and candidates and as such you will be confident in making business connections and will be capable of communications with clients and candidates of high calibre. The role of an Executive Researcher is versatile and demanding; you will be willing to go the extra mile to achieve your daily goals and you must be able to take the highs with the lows that are common in the field of recruitment. You will be given first class training in how to perform your role and ongoing training to allow you to become a Recruitment Consultant. You will absorb information well and will be keen to apply your new skills to your working career.
