Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Search Consultant to join a unique Search Firm in London’s square mile.Taking over a team of two experienced resourcer’s, you will have full reign on the Internet Technologies market which is finally experiencing anew growth as the market is exiting the recession.
Focusing on IT and Technology, you will be working on retained assignments for some of the leading Core Communications Hardware and Software providers within the UK, as well as new venture backed companies.Working in a dynamic team of truly professional and experienced search consultants, mandates begin at 150K and can move into the £1mil+ bracket.As an experienced search consultant you will be targeted with managing both client and candidate contact, whilst utilizing the resources of a 8 consultant strong research team.
The successful consultant will have a minimum of 2 years executive search recruitment experience, preferably within Software IT Space.You will have an excellent track record of managing search assignments, combined with an ability to sell retained assignments at Director Level.
If successful you will be joining a unique search firm who have maintained steady business through recent market instabilities.
Working alongside one of the highest billing teams operating in this market, this is a truly success breeds success environment.You will have the opportunity to take on a number of PLC Clients and your own team of researchers.Salaries range between 35 –60K depending on experience, and last year two consultants earned in excess of 200K.
