Executive Search Resourcer

Working for an International Executive Search company in a growing team, you will be responsible for supporting the consultants in sourcing suitable candidates for a wide range of senior appointments.

Duties will include:

• Sourcing and selecting suitable candidates
• Networking and advertising to potential candidates
• Identify skills to match appropriately with vacancies
• Negotiate contracts and new starter packs
• Deal with general queries relating to contracts, pay, logistics etc.
• Work with International clients and candidates on a daily basis

The successful candidate will have:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working within a sales environment
• Be able to gain people's confidence and put them at ease
• the ability to persuade, persist and be patient
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills
