My Client, a leading online insurer is looking for an Experience Architect to be based in there Surrey office. This role sits within the ‘project area’ of the web effectiveness team. The main purpose of the role is to deliver the interaction design aspects of step change projects – you will ensure that the correct customer insight research is conducted. You will produce (working closely with the business) working prototypes, which you’ll take through usability into visual design and then into development. You are in effect the project manager for the interaction experience parts of these projects (but be aware that all our projects run with an overall project manager. Duties will include Delivering interaction design aspects of key projects (main initial focus) and also to deliver interaction design aspects of continuous site development. Specific tasks will be to understand consumer behaviour on the web site and identify opportunities for improving performance through the use of analytics, usability, customer research and AB testing methods, to keep the site fresh and appropriate for the target market at whom it is aimed, currently Aggregator users and Direct visitors.
