This business is considered in the top end of the wealth management industry. It has a niche position in the market being one of Melbourne most renowned independent boutiques with a small and sophisticated client base, ie, clients are significantly wealthy. The working environment presents itself to clients as professional and corporate however, they are also a very friendly and sociable team.
As a Client Services Officer you will work alongside two high energy advisers who are considered to be among some of the best in the industry.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Daily scanning of mail, electronic filing, hard copy filing, central email management.
?Assist with client proposals, SOA's, RoA's with a high level of accuracy and professional presentation.
- Own and maintain Xplan CRM data for all entities (Need Analysis Updates)
- Ensure all clients are welcomed by name or arrange for another staff member to greet client and be at reception if you know you are going to be absent.
As a highly organised person, who is experienced and well presented you will thrive in this role. You will enjoy working in a busy and demanding office where you will be working towards deadlines, meeting with clients, and assisting with a full holistic service.
