We are urgently recruiting for an experienced lettings negotiator to join our busy Canary Wharf office.
Requirements
lettings experience desirable
full clean UK driving license
ability to work well under pressure
experience in closing sales and processing leads
market knowledge
The right candidate will possess the ability to offer a professional, transparent polite service, whilst working to targets set. Ideally the person will knowledge of the London lettings market and will able to hit the ground running.
The job will entail dealing with fresh leads, qualifying applicants, booking viewings and generating offers. The job demands someone who is charismatic, confident, professional ,well presented and knowledgeable
Job details
Hours: Monday to Friday (9:30am-6pm), Saturday by rota
Salary - £10K-£12K basic (O.T.E - £25,000-£30,000)
Uncapped commission
Monthly bonus
Quarterly targets and incentive scheme
