Due to growth, our client has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Customer Services Operative, working in their Export CS department. Working for this dynamic company with an exceptional reputation for quality and innovation, the successful candidate will report directly to the Export Customer Services Manager and the main duties of the position will include: Receiving by telephone, fax and e-mail all customer orders in a timely, customer friendly and professional manner. Build and maintain rapport with customers. Input orders and customer contact details onto the CRM system. Liaison with sales reps in order to assist with customer queries and providing product information. All administration relevant to the order process Possess excellent communication skills, customer service experience, Enthusiasm to learn, Ability to understand and learn about the company’s products, Ability to work procedures and deadlines, Computer Literacy, Good Data Entry\Order processing skills, Methodical approach to work, Export documentation knowledge desirable, Ability to speak additional languages highly desirable.
