Export Sales and Supply Chain Administrator
Our client is a leading supplier of specialist catering supplies. Continued growth sees them requiring a dynamic self motivated administrator who has sound commercial judgement and the ability to engage with current and future clients. You will have a good understanding of the processes and legal requirements associated with exporting products and ideally have some experience in working with export freight contractors. You will also take a watching brief over customer orders as they progress through the supply chain from order entry through to invoicing. You will be responsible for the customer service for a portfolio of clients and will work with Logistics, Finance and Supply Chain to ensure that your customers enjoy the highest possible levels of right first time in full delivery
In addition to your supply chain based activities you will be involved with the development of existing and new customers ensuring that they are aware of promotions and new product introductions. For those customers allocated direct to you, you will communicate with them regularly to ensure that our client is meeting their demands and where possible encourage them to place additional business with our client.
