FACTORY TECHNOLOGIST / QUALITY CONTROL AUDITOR
LOCATION:BRADFORD / LEEDS / WAKEFIELD
SALARY AND BENEFITS:£22,000 + BENEFITS

- Food manufacturing facility is a bakery
- Customers are all major Supermarkets
YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- Quality experience within an FMCG environment
- Working experience of internal and 3rd party auditing
- Knowledge of manufacturing techniques and processes
- Excellent communication skills
- Planning organising and analytical skills
- High standards of written, verbal and presentation skills
- Tenacious and self motivated.
- Understanding of Quality requirements within a food manufacturing environment
- Understands the need to monitor, control and reduce production costs.
-Understanding of Hygiene requirements in a food manufacturing environment
- Experience in building relationships with other supervisors and managers
- Computer literate
IDEALLY YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- Food manufacturing experience
- Food Safety qualifications
- Supervisory experience within a food manufacturing environment
- Experience of team working within a manufacturing facility
-HACCP
ROLE INFORMATION:
- Working as part of the factory Quality Team and operating within the framework of HACCP to ensure that an effective and efficient Quality and Auditing service is provided. To monitor all products, processes, hygiene and GMP standards in the manufacturing environment and ensure they meet legislative and customer requirements.
