ASSISTANT MANAGER - FASHION RETAILER - WESTON FAVELL (FIXED TERM CONTRACT - Up to 12 Months)
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Supervisor or Assistant Manager to join this rapidly expanding fashion retailer. You must have a strong retail management background and have the passion and proven ability to deliver results and drive your store team.
As a Assistant Store Manager your role will involve:
·Applying effective commercial skills to meet sales and cost budgets
·Recruiting, developing and retaining a highly motivated and results driven team
·Ensuring the Store team deliver excellent customer service at all times
·Meeting operational expectations by implementing and maintaining high retail standards
·Effective store merchandising in line with company directives to deliver brand consistency
·Minimise losses and maximise store profits
